i just had a C.O, but some works and materials were done by us, even though theyr supposed to do, and they are 7days late on due. there're only couple thousands left , they threatened if i dont pay them in full, they'll get inspector come check again because some works they did were wrong but noone noticed , related to building..then i can open for business...i dont know what to do..
