Too many persons have accepted them as the hall monitors of life and i am questioning that concept.
so you think it's a good law? i think you said as much before. but you think enforcement of the law is not the responsibility of the police. who's responsibility is it? if no one is going to enforce the law, and you think that's a good idea, then just eliminatethe law. no enforcement of it means it's a meaningless law anyways.

and like i said...the cameras free police from needing to spend time on enforcing this law.

enforcement of red lights doesn't mean too many people accept the government as hall monitors. people collectively got together and decided that having red lights improves our safety and traffic control. someone has to enforce that though, or the red lights are meaningless.
