Default Pictures of Old Bergen Mall in Paramus

WHen I go to this mall now, which is Bergen Towne Center, I reminisce of what it was like again in the 80's when I used to go as a kid.

Not sure when the mall was revamped, but, I remember it being stuck in 1970's and 80's decor.

Does anyone have pictures of the mall indoors or outdoor during the 80's? Would love to see them.

I really miss the 80's sometimes.

LOVE IT! I never even knew there was a chapel or Village. I guess my parents didn't either. Thank you for posting that!

Oh yeah, they were in the basement!

I can still smell that orange tiled fountain.

WOW The Bergen Mall... I remember going there as a kid with my parents after going to eat at the Bonanaza across the street, and sometimes we woudl go into that old old Shoprite. I remember some of the stores that were there, and how it took 5 minutes to walk the mall. It just recently changed totally I think the constuction just got finished like a year or so ago.

Anyone remember the gym next to the Bonanza? I think it was called the Spa, I don't know what it was before that but from the entrance way doors you can bet it was a food store, like a Foodtown or one of those old time names.
