If you don't provide the basic information like your budget, what you are looking for (Xbed, Ybath), good school, etc. You won't get any answers because you are not asking the right questions.

For example, town homes in Alpine are awesome...but I think median home price is like 3-6 mil or something so it's out of reach for most folks.

I was casting the net as wide as possible to get as many responses as possible. We are actually looking to rent something for no more than $3,000/month, at least 3 brs and 2 baths. Would rent a rental or from an owner of a condo.
