we lived in scotch plains all our life. Now in PA for 3 years and are looking to move back. Own business in warren and newark. Need to be close to both. We want a SMALL bungalow with 3 bedrooms on 100 x100 lot with neighborhood for small kids. Want to be close to schools and shopping. I know warren has HUGE homes on HUGE lots, but can you find bungalows? What other towns might be close to warren but have smaller homes. Lived in big homes and getting tired of cleaning and not looking to impress anyone anymore. Want to simplify! Need to be close to mountain blvd.

Try Greenbrook - south of Rt 22. Don't know that you are going to find anything I would consider a bungalow in the area. Some smaller cape cods maybe...

You could try Martinsville, some updated Bungalows on Washington Valley road.
There are some smaller homes in Warren on lots that back up to Green Brook off Mountain Blvd.

Found one for you,

Also another thing to note is that Warren county is part of the Lehigh Valley MSA and not part of the New York City MSA despite the fact that its in North Jersey. So if you on subscribing to a cable service you will get both New York area local channels and Philadelphia area local channels also.

Hi Judy,
You should have no problem finding smaller home in Warren, Greenbrook, Basking Ridge, etc... all close to Mansuetos (Love Mansuetos, BTW!)... The "good ones" go fast though, so be prepared to move once you start looking!
