I love White Plains and it does...its a unique city with a little bit of everything...big houses , small houses , Luxury Apartments , Section 8 apartments , Asian , European , African , all live in WP. Theres almost no crime...and schools are very good. Its only has a population of 63,000 , but balloons to 200,000 during the weekday.

I worked there for a few years (near the train station) and my sister lives there. There are definitely better places to spend a day. I didn't find it to be at all like NYC and it's too big to feel like a small town.
