Try finding a dental school. I have heard if you let the students "practice" on you it is free.

Why not just take a trip to new york and pay 20 bucks to get it done then?

Have you tried going to a health clinic? They actually tend to be very nice and very clean.
You can search some examples here: Clinics in New Jersey | Free Health Clinics in New Jersey

Here are a couple that I am familiar with:
Eric B. Chandler Health Center - Services - Services
PHC Dentistry

Try the UMDNJ Dental school located right across the street from the hospital at 110 Bergen Street Newark. They will take walk ins for emergencies, but you have to be there before they open at 8, so get there at 7:30 am and be prepared to wait (and wait, and wait). Their phone number is (973) 972-4627

Best of luck, and I hope you feel better soon!
