I have a very hard time believing that there is not any 1 bedroom apartments in Morristown for under $1,700 !!! Rent in Hoboken and Downtown JC starts at $1,400 or so for a 1 bedroom (and you can probably find cheaper than that). LOL, what does Morristown think it is?? It's a tiny town! If you keep looking, you'll certainly find something in the $1,300 range. And what about a studio apartment?

Its starting to turn into a New Brunswick from what i'm hearing , a few mid-rises are going and the town is becoming dense. But not finding anything between 1200-1600$ is bit of a stretch.

I could find $1400-1600, but I would make a number of sacrifices. No W/D in unit, 10+ min walk from downtown morristown, much older building/house, etc.
