Hi, I'm looking to buy a house in Glen Rock which is on the border of Fair Lawn, just two blocks from the Fair Lawn Sanitation Dept. I heard from some people from Glen Rock that sometimes there is a smell from the sanitation dept. which only proccess the recycling. They said that this smell sometimes can reach out deep into the Glen Rock area. If anyone knows something about this, I would appreciate if you can give me some feed back? Also, the house I'm looking has a very good price, but no basement, is this an issue? It is a high ranch style (bi-level).
Many Thanks!

I don't think the lack of basement is a big deal, as long as you are ok with that style of home. I'd be more worried about the sanitation dept. Good luck.
