Driving around and I just love the names NJ developers name there condo and townhouses. For example, Winding Willows, come on, how about Landfill Townhomes. Here is another one, The Meadows, how about Toxic dump Condos. Even better driving thru Saddle Brook saw the Marriott and the bar is called The Saddle Club, come on Route 80 and the Parkway no horses there. How about Traffic Jam Club. One day I am going to open in NJ a buffet and call it SLOPPO's Slob fest!!!

(now i'm going to duck and run, because i have a feeling i'm gonna get beat up over that one )

COME ON!! LIGHTEN UP! I LOVE NJ! IT JUST DOESN'T LOVE ME BACK!!

If you are THE Steve Morse the guitar player, then I'll be a little more accepting of your comments!

It's cool, NJ gets the usual cheap shots and I can laugh. However, anyone who makes a choice to live in the worst area of any state gets what they deserve. Ya gotta look around a bit. Most people that know about and who have lived in the beautiful areas of NJ, and I really mean beautiful, would prefer to keep those areas a secret anyway! I live in Florida and it SUCKS!!! I'll put up with some diesel fumes and the bad areas of NJ I may have to drive through on rare occasion rather than dealing with the so called "southern hospitality"...ya better hope you have Burt Reynolds portectin your butt (Deliverence reference) with a crossbow down here brudda...it's not all cheeseburgers and paradise down here my friend!! Vacationing in Orlando and actually living here?? Two different beasts entirely. I'd gladly pay the taxes in NJ...ya get what you pay for down here.

I'd say Hoboken is a pretty nice place to live. But getting there, traveling over the Casciano[sp] Bridge...you know, the 78/Tpk extension that connects to exits 14a-14c...ever taken a whiff?? Ever turned around to see if maybe someone pooped in your back seat while you weren't looking?

hey jzct68...I hear ya on the Orlando vacation versus living thing. I made that mistake myself, years ago. (How do tourists manage to avoid I-4??!! Or are they just so mesmerized by Mickey Mouse that they can deal with it for a few days??). But I gotta disagree on a point you made...unless things have gotten better there in the last 10 years(?), do you really get what you pay for down there?? Because when I lived there in 97/98, I was paying almost northern rents on a very southern wage. And all I got in return, really, was getting to look at some palm trees!

Do you really feel it's necesary to litter this board with this childish nonsense. I think we all get the message...You couldn't make it in NJ so therefore you'll say anything to justify your position. The reality is the jokes on you....
