Meh , people don't find it funny. Its rude , most of what you say is rude or out of touch with Reality....which is common for you New Yawkers. As For me calling you a New Yawker , its an Insult....most of us New Jerseyites say that...we hate you over and you treat us without respect.

Dem mayors/labor leaders since the 40s might be the problem in Newark. A liberal influence has helped to maintain a preserve of sorts made up of generations of institutionally created dependants who live without knowing what hope is and what it's used for.
  1. 1941–1949: Vincent J. Murphy (1893–1976)
  2. 1949–1953: Ralph A. Villani (1901–1974)
  3. 1953–1962: Leo P. Carlin (1908–1999)
  4. 1962–1970: Hugh Joseph Addonizio (1914–1981)
  5. 1970–1986: Kenneth A. Gibson (born 1932)
  6. 1986–2006: Sharpe James (born 1936)
  7. 2006— : Cory Booker (born 1969)

The ones in NYC are aggressive and ask for your $$$ or sometimes steal it....i think we can agree that the tourists fuel there aggression... Which Urban Jersey doesn't have thus ,they don't get the attention they seek. The sad case with the Homeless in Newark is most of them are Vets and state rejects from the Hospitals.
That is sad, especially that we don't take care of our vets. Now there are always some men outside around the side door, and they don't bother me much. It seems to be hangout for them. Once in the while I get hit up for a cigarette, and that's OK. It's mostly the ones that have annoyed me inside who are obviously high or drunk and come up slurring asking for money for "food" or a "train ticket". I'm not an idiot, I know you're wasted. I'd have more respect if you asked for money for a vial of crack! The best are the 60-something-year-old ratty women who ask for money for diapers for their baby, lol. Maybe that worked 40 years ago for them.
