Depends where you are in NYC if your close to mid-town just go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal (40-42 streets between 8th and 9th ave). You can get a bus direct to Secaucus from there. The ramps from the Bust Terminal lead directly into the Lincoln Tunnel. Without any traffic delays you'll be in the center of Secaucus (Paterson Plank Road near all the stores) in about 20 minutes. If your downtown or uptown your best bet is take the subway to the Bus Terminal and follow the above directions. There is also a new rail station in Secaucus. New Jersey Transit train will take you to the city but you'll need to drive back and forth from the station!
