I think NJ is immune to that , due to our NYC neighbor....we also use tax incentives to steal business from NYC. I think promoting small businesses is better then big business....small businesses are the only thing opening up and expanding atm. Big Bussiness is also upon by most towns , like if Wal Mart were to try and set up shop. People these days went a Main Street environment to shop in....

I don't think any state is immune. I also wasn't really thinking of walmart type businesses. I'm thinking of factories and corporate offices that can probably be placed anywhere. Or call centers. Stuff like that.
