I couldn't think of a more lovely, clean, friendly, and senic town for a single white girl than Irvington. Go for it!

The only thing to do in Irvington is open a bail bond, liquor store, check cashing joint, payday loan joint,...no scratch that last one. Too run down to consider opening a strip club or a tattoo parlor.
White Pine Apartments in Lawrenceville is pet-friendly and safe. Commute to NYC from Princeton Junction, or to Philly. Lots of people do.
How much is your life worth? Think about it.

Will I live in Irvington and has been living in Irvington For 15 years now I'm from Jeresy City and like some one said before it depends what part of Irvington ur saying is so bad. Alot of cities has good area and some has its worst, will some places in Irvington is bad But I live in upper Irvington Maplewood and Union border line and it is very quiet, I've never heard gunshoots all the years Ive lived here. Poeple have aways looked out for each other. I wonder if some of the people that has so much negetive things to say have u ever be in Irvington or do you rely on someone else research to make u assume u know what u r talking about

I can count on my hand the amount of times I've been there but a bad sign was when the mayors house got shot up, I tend to shy away from places like that

I've been there. As soon as I saw it, I put the locks on my door and got out. A man who washed my windows here lately grew up in irvington but left in the 1970s when it was starting to get bad. He moved to Westfield, Recently, he took his children where he grew up, and the kids said Dad get me out of here! He said there in no upper Irvington.
