You probably have to be a little more specific than just "south Jersey".

I'm confused. Why is the title north jersey real estate question, but you are asking about a home in south jersey?

Default Looking to sell our home in Waretown, NJ and looking for a North Jersey Realtor that might have interested clients

thinking North Jersey might have a better client list that is looking for a home in South Jersey........

but realtors in s. jersey would know the area better and be able to guide their clients better I would think. i think if someone in n. jersey were looking for a house in s. jersey, they would either contact a realtor down there that knows the areas, or they would have their n. jersey realtor refer them to s. jersey.
