We are using Home Depot currently. Very disappointed. No guidance. Working with 2 ladies that can't answer questions. The regular kitchen guy went on vacation for a month!!!! Who goes on vacation for a month? Lots of problems. Long stories. Just better off finding your own contractors. My ex husband has flooring business in Ohio. Works for costco, they put him through the mill and researched him extensively before he was hired. Home Depot doesn't. The flooring guys left hand prints and cement on my just painted walls. I'm just skimming the surface

Our appliances that I bought. 6 weeks ago are "in production". I've always bought all my appliances at sears. I regret buying Home Depot. I thought since they were doing kitchen it would be easier to orchestrate

For us their design service was good. Here is what I Would do... buy their cabinets, use their design service, then get your own contractor. Our install was a ripoff and shady contractors.

Here's a way to save a nice chunk of change as well. Go to www dot cardpool dot com and load up on Home Depot gift cards to pay for whatever you're planning to spend at HD. Right now, they are selling HD gift cards at an 11% discount to face value. I have purchased thousands in gift cards (not only HD) from this site and it's saved me a lot of money.
