Northern Bergen County
Hello, I was wondering if someone could shed some light on strong jewish towns in northern BC. I know Woodcliff Lake has a very large jewish population. What about River Vale or Hillsdale?

I lived there for over 7 years many years ago...it is a great town...nice and tucked away. There are alot of Jewish people living there. What is nice about River Vale is if you are Jewish they have there own Country Club/Golf Course. It has been there for years. There are I think three golf courses in that town. The school system is very good that is why I moved there years ago. I raised my son there. I used to shop in Rockland County since it is closer than the drive over to Paramus Malls and stores. There are no bad areas in River Vale.
It is one of the most safest towns in Bergen. Hope this helped...any other questions just ask!

I'm a short drive away in Tuxedo Park, NY, and I've have two Jewish co-workers who live in Saddle River. Not sure about the Jewish population as a whole, but it's probably relatively high.

All of New Jersey has a large Jewish community
So does Long Island, and Westchester.
There are more Jews in the NY metro than in Israel.
All those towns mentioned above are quite diverse in terms of white people
There are lots of italians, irish, etc along side the jews.

Are you religious or do you want to live amongst secular Jews? Different towns for different Jews
