Well
When I was a little girl growing up in Fort Lee, Rue McClannahan, of All in The Family, and Golden Girls, was a broadway actress, and she lived in the apartment in my house, we had a 3 family house. She lived there just before she got the part on All in The Family. She was so nice to me, and she used to bring me little gifts all the time when she went on the road. That was like 1971/72 ish- possibly later. Of course, my sister knew John Travolta, he lived in Englewood, the next town over. And, my other sister dated one of the NY Yankees, Rick Cerone, he also lived in Fort Lee.

Yeah, but all of these famous New Jersey born and bred people are no longer here....they high-tailed it out of here -- just like everyone else!
