there are so many celebrities with childhood/high school connections to new jersey, it's not even funny. too bad that only a handful of them acknowledge their jersey roots.

tom cruise - he was a nomad growing up, but graduated from glen ridge high school

jason alexander (a.k.a. george costanza) - graduated from livingston high school.

karen o (lead singer of the art punk band the yeah yeah yeahs) - grew up in oradell and graduated from river dell high school.
