Hi all, I posted a while ago, still looking for a place; haven't made much progress between work and my real estate agent being busy with getting two kids back to college in two different states, but she's home now and we're gonna try to get in some house hunting on Saturday morning before Irene gets here. I did sit down with the mortgage guy, though, and we narrowed down an upper limit of $125-135K. (Which makes watching HGTV's "My First Place" really depressing when the people are spending half a million dollars...)

I have several listings to look at around here, wondering if anyone can give me any info on the complexes (I grew up in Freehold so I know the general area, but I'm not familiar with the specific places, really)..

Wellington Place in Aberdeen - I like the look of this complex from the outside, at least, it's really open with lots of grass. (Also not far from where I'm at now; and near Holmdel Park which I like. Doesn't get me closer to work but it's not much further, either.)

English Club in Englishtown - Don't know where this is.

In Freehold -
Independence Square (I may have babysat in here when I was in high school...)
Stonehurst
Raintree
Deerbrook

Any input is appreciated!
Thanks

Edit: Also, it seems the ones I like best always have electric heat...any thoughts on this? My dad says it's too expensive... It's frustrating to see something that looks nice and then see that (especially since a lot of sites don't make that info easy to find..)
