Could you please tell me the best way to know, and avoid, flooding areas in Hazlet or Middletown?

If anyone can specify streets which they know are problematic with flooding that would be great too. Thanks in advance!!!!

I'm thinking in Hazlet the West Keansburg section might be bad because they had a mandatory evacuation last week. I don't know if there was actual flooding but no other parts were evacuated. The section I'm most familiar with would be about from Union Ave to Middle Road from Route 36 down to Route 35. I haven't witnessed any flooding in that area in the approx 3 years we've been here.
