New Jersey Towns And Areas With The Highest Rates For Sewer And Water Bills

I lived in Sussexboro in Sussex County for about ten years. My combined quarterly bills for sewer & water averaged about $480. If I watered the flowers and grass, I would still be charged for sewage use for the amount of water I used on the flowers and grass.

Does your town do the same?
