What is the best driving route to get from Brooklyn to Woodbridge, NJ

Depends on where in Brooklyn, but I'd say you'd probably wanna take the BQE down to the Verrazano Bridge, continue on 278 across Staten Island, then take 440/West Shore Expressway to the Outerbridge Crossing. Once you're in Jersey you can then take 35, 9 or the Parkway up into Woodbridge.

The alternative to the outerbridge crossing route is to take the Varazanno bridge to staten island and then the goethals into elizabeth and route 1 into woodbridge. I think that way is more direct.
