I happen to like the diversity of Jersey City, reminds of NYC. I guess since I'm a New Yorker I can handle the diversity, crime, etc. I'm planning to move from NYC because it has gotten so expensive and I'm considering JC, Elizabeth, and even Newark (forest hills, iron bound). These cities should focus on recruiting more New Yorkers from the boroughs and even those from urban areas in upstate NY who move to NYC for employment. I agree these cities have their issues, but honestly folks, what city in the USA doesn't have crime, overcrowding, etc. (consider NYC, Atlanta, DC, Chicago, LA, Philly, Baltimore, New Orleans, ...get my drift) its part of living in an urban environment. Granted, some people don't like living in cities, that's why we have suburbs (and there is nothing wrong with that) but for those who love the urban experience JC will is an ok place
