Townhouses in Jackson, NJ
My fiance and I are looking to move to Jackson, NJ. We are in our 20's and do not have children. We have looked at several townhouses and just wonder if anyone knows anything about any of them? Any info on the area, crime rate, or anything else relevant would be helpful. The ones we looked at are 60 Acre & Three Pence Brooke. Thanks!!  |

60 Acre is a nice one! I have a friend that lives there . She bought just a few years ago, so I don't know the asking price now, but her unit is nice. There is also a pool on Premises. Also the man that maintained my pool lives there for quite some time and said that it was quiet.

I think they are both nice, i have seen more of 60 acre units and they seem real nice. I grew up in that area so i really do not think there is much crime or anything like that to worry about, in either community.

You can not go wrong living here in Jackson, as a young couple just starting out. Here a little info on maintenence fees, to help you out:
60 Acres -condo/townhouse neighborhood-maintenence fee 143/month-
Three Pence-townhouse neighborhood-maintenence fee 170/month
Crystal Brook- townhouse neighborhood-maintenence fee 170/month
Courts & Mews @ Cooksbridge Townhouse neighborhood- maintenence fee 157/month
All communities have pools and are very safe to live. Check out the different models and see what fits you.
