Hey everyone i live in Brick, Nj i applied for unemployment, had the phone interview, 2 weeks ago i forgot to claim, so i called and talked to an agent, she said i had a disqualification ( im guessing for forgetting to call) so she said she took the disqualification off, and asked me those 8 questions and she said on the 7th of november ( today) when i call a week after that ill have a check,

so after i called and answerd the questions the prompt said my claim is not payable at this time, but i will recieve credit for the original weeks claimed...

what does that mean? am i denied benefits? if i was denied why would the pay me for the first weeks?

The rep probably reinstated the two "missing" weeks so you will get those in arrears.

However, check to see which weeks were filed. You can either file every two weeks or once a week. Also, if she already filed for you for the week ending Nov. 4th, then it has already been filed so you wouldn't "qualify".

If not, you need to call again and see what is going on. Good luck with everything!
