That seems incredibly high to me.
I paid $81.51 for my most recent quarterly water bill, and that is for two people. While this is not exactly scientific, if you multiply my bill by 3, you would still come up far below $330.

That being said, I think that one of the biggest variables between one person's water bill and someone else's bill is the amount of lawn watering that they do. While I don't know exactly what my neighbor's water bill is, I know from what they have told me that it is much higher than mine. Of course, they do run their inground lawn sprinklers every day--even when it is raining--so that could explain their high water usage.

How much watering of your lawn and shrubs do you do?

I am billed monthly. It's almost always $22.22 per month. It goes a little higher when my daughter's home from college for any period of time.

It also depends if you water your lawn a lot.
We received bill monthly. Normally our monthly water bill is around $30 for family of 3 when no watering the lawn. With sprikler system activated (water every other day if no rain), it will become 80 per month. When we reseed a new lawn last month and water 2 times per day througout the month, bill came around $120.

Water is around 30 a month. It will definitely go up a ton with watering the lawn. Also a leaky faucet or toilet could get you.
