True, Bayonne is not expensive ......... today.

But, the City Council is voting on removing rent control on vacated apartments, so it may not stay cheap for long.

Def. That brownstone would now be a 4-6 unit condo and you'd be living in Short Hills.

Default Lincoln Park Jersey City is safe

I moved to Gautier about 30 seconds away from Lincoln Park. It is very safe and I love it there. I own a large home with a driveway and tons of space... so much better than downtown Jersey City in that way. All this area needs are restaurants.

try jersey city heights it not so expensive as Downtown or hoboken and considered safer than West side. i just now moving to the west side area, i dont think its that dangerous. but it is a street by street bases. you can get a crime heat map on google to get a feel of which streets are safer.
