Most of the machines seemed to be video slots, couldn't find a regular Blazing 7 machine and couldn't find any 10 X pay machines. We spent more time looking for regular machines than actually playing machines. The penny machines are ridiculous, people want to see what they can win, on a penny machine there's so many silly combinations that you have no idea what to look for.

Is anyone else complaining about these machines? or just me? just by the sheer amount of these machines I think I must be the only 1 who feels like this.
I play craps and baccarat. My wife plays slots.

I tell her that a monkey can play a slot machine. Her response is that every once in a while .....The monkey wins!

I refuse to go to Atlantic City anymore. It's an obvious scam.
It always was a scam, but they use to let you win a bit so you would feel good about returning.

Now, they just gobble up all my money and leave me with none to even get lunch.

All the machines are changed and they take everything you have with no remorse.

I feel bad for the seniors who can barely walk, on oxygen tanks who still gamble away all their money hoping to hit the big one.

Craps is a house game, there is never an edge for the player. You play Craps long enough, you lose all your money. Just like slots and roulette. Ultimate total loss is a certainty.

The larger the denomination, the less the takeout is for the casinos. On a percentage basis they make more money from penny slots than from $5 slots. It is ironic because most players play far more than a single penny on each pull of the handle or push of the play button.

I (and I suspect many women) find craps very intimidating. I hate that my roll affects everyone at the table, too much pressure, lol. I am not a slot fan either, especially since they took all the fun out of it by getting rid of the one-arm bandit pull handles and money that actually comes out of the machine. I do once in a while play video poker. But for those who think penny slots only have small payouts compared to others: Ocean County resident wins nearly $5M playing penny slot machine at Atlantic City casino | NJ.com
