As a realtor and homebuilder and someone interested in nice towns/areas in general, I like to keep up with what's going on in NJ, more especially my area.

So let's let this thread serve for anyone who wants to ask what things are being built where, for Bergen County

For a while I didn't know that the building in Tenafly was going to be a 7-11. So now there's a 7-11 across from the Honda dealership.

Tenafly Gourmet is re-opening this Friday, November 11, 2011. The inside looks nice and spacious.

What I want to know is, what are they building at the OLD GAS STATION lot in CRESSKILL downtown area, anyone know? It's so big/tall for such a nice area/town, usually zoning laws are harsher.

Also, what is that building near Ruckman Road in downtown CLOSTER that they've been building SO slowly going to be? It's on/near Ruckman & Endres.

And what's with the concrete-block shed/shack they built on the baseball field/park on Ruckman in Closter? Is that for selling food or something during baseball games?
