I was wondering if anyone knew what the name or the name of the managing company of the semi-high rise building in Journal Square, across the street from Rite Aid drugstore. If my memory is correct the building has a parking garage underneath, the is a Golden Crust or Quiznos.

I like the building (from the outside) and rather run over there I want to see if I can find some info on line first.

Thanks

The building is called State Square and I think it's managed by Applied Development. I know someone who lived there a few years ago, and moved out because he said rents kept going up by large margins (I don't know the amount he paid, though). It's one of the few large modern rentals in that neighborhood, and I recall the units themselves seemed pretty nice. Good luck in your research!
