Default East Rutherford condos?
Hi,

I am looking to purchase a 2 bedroom condo in either River Renaissance or Carlton Hill condominium developments in East Rutherford. Both seem quite similar (price, tax/maintenance fees, location, same bus to NYC, style, etc.).

I was wondering if anyone had any information about these developments, positive or negative, that could aid in my decision. Many thanks.
