Well, that explains the need for the toll hikes.

".....Apparently some six-figure muckety-mucks at the Port Authority donít believe salary sunshine laws apply to them. So, the PA ó with some of the highest-paid public employees in the region ó has been hiding hefty bonuses paid to some executives.

When caught by The Record, PA officials still refused to come clean......"
