Hi,
I live in Ridgewood (next door to Midland Park). Midland Park is a nice town with good schools. I don't know any specifics (as to different parts of town, etc.) but I have never heard anything bad about Midland Park.

What do you want to know? It is a nice very small town with good schools and very little crime.

My husband & I found a house that are interested in. We know where it is but not much about Midland Park. Is the school system good? Is it an up trending town?

PORKERS!
Midland Park is a great town. Good schools. Beautiful homes and wonderful (for the most part) people. Great place to raise children.
Good Luck to you.

I live in Ridgewood, the next town over. Midland Park is a great family community, lots of town activites and such. It is much more reasonable than some neighboring towns, and therefore much more down to earth. Be aware that there is a kind of "ugly stepsister" attitude towards surrounding towns, esp Ridgewood. That being said, I have know of a house in Ridgewood that is FSBO. PM me if interested. Good Luck!

I agree. Midland Park is one of the nicer affordable towns in Bergen County. Of course to live anywhere in Bergen County is expensive. The cost of living here is astronomical. To name some other nice somewhat affordable BC towns I would say Wyckoff, Tenafly, Woodcliff Lake, Norwood, Cresskill, to name a few. I don't have anything good to say about South Bergen County which is where I've resided for over 40 years now and know a little bit about. Looking to relocate within the next year or two, god willing.

re Midland Park
I lived in Midland Park for about 7 years when I was a kid. Great town to grow up in, I don't remember any crime, and the schools were top notch. A little pricey, but I think most of Bergen County is. Still, it's an extremely good place to live and raise a family.
