Weehawken has a ton of options. What is your budget? Are you working on Harbor Blvd?

Port Imperial is awesome. If your budget is $2000+, totally check out Riverbend (next to ferry terminal, address is West New York).

Live in Harrison, and take the PATH to Hoboken and the Light Rail to Lincoln Harbor. That's the only thing I can think of because under is not going to happen in any good parts of Hudson Co.

You might want to try Craig's List. I found a 2 bed in Weehawken for 1700 with parking. Also try the Avalon at Edgewater. One beds go for about 1900 but it's like living in a hotel.

The Avalon in Edgewater is amazing! The one bedroom at 760 square feet starts at $1930 a month and the 2 Bedroom at 1050 square feet starts at $2350. If you are looking to go bigger the 3 Bedroom at 1245 square feet start at $2700.
One Hudson Place is something you might want to look into but they start at around $3000/month. It is a private ownership building but you can find owners renting them out. I know of two two bedrooms available. One was $2900 and the other $3600.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SEARCH!

The Promenade is another building - built on the water - where people are renting out their condos including me. Its pretty slow around here right now and you could get a good deal if you negotiate. The 1bedrooms are in the $2000 range and the 2 bedrooms in the $2600-3000 range. We previously rented at this place called the River club in edgewater - which is not as fancy as the Avalon but it is pretty nice and cheaper too.
