Cheap Hall for Baby shower around East Rutherford (to rent, restaurant)

I was looking for a fairly cheap place for a small baby shower for about 30-40 people in or around east rutherford.

Any pointers will be helpful

Try the local American Legion or VFW. They usually rent their halls if they have one on site.

Check with the local fire companies.

There's a party hall in "Clove" Indian Restaurant in the Mall by route 17. (Mall with Marshall's, Panera Bread and Aldi etc.).

Don't know the rates but you can bargain down the price from what I have heard. It is newly built (about a year old).

Knights of Columbus, American Legion, Odd Fellows, pretty much any fraternal organization with their own hall seems to be looking to rent it out to defer expenses.

Check out Paisano's Restaurant on Park Ave it's a huge place, they might be able to give you a whole area to yourself. Food is really good!
