summer jobs and rental accommodation in ocean city (home, mall)

Hey Any chance any body could help me out with info on the best places to rent and apply to for jobs in Ocean City for the Summer? Myslef and some friends are from Ireland and thinking of heading over for few months next summer would help alot

I can ask my neighbor if he knows, he has many foreign students working for him in the summer (he has a store on the boardwalk). I may not see him until after Christmas though as he also has a store in the mall over the holidays and he's rarely home around this time.
