If it doesn't have Taylor Ham or scrapple on it, it's not Jersey diner food.

Never heard of a "cheese blintzes" before in my life, not sure if i'm brave enough to try one either!!

Ahhh...the great North/South Jersey divide. It's called PORK ROLL!!! Well, in Trenton and all points south anyway...
