Youse guys are great. He isn't "breaking balls" (bless his little heart), just testing his wings stirring pots by starting threads like the linked one below.
Better to address the stuff early, rather than to let it get out of hand. Probably just a passing phase, and certainly nothing like the flamewars and deepwater trolling on usenet. Fired a warning shot across his bow, will see what happens. For all I know, I could be jumping the gun and that is not his purpose.
Property values - we had the same overall drops as most. The saving grace here is that property taxes are MUCH lower than in the atlantic and northeastern states. But... access to sophisticated entertainment and a wide variety of shops is... limited, to be charitable. Better than it used to be, but still limited. Y'all take care.
