I think so - but it won't be you or me or many of the current residents paying for it.

When my prediction of most of NJ being solely for the elite comes through, then those residents will be able to pay the probably $25K/year average or so property taxes and higher miscellaneous taxes to pay it down.

Yup, and it seems there is no real plan to pay it off. As if the state doesn't mind keeping the status quo

Man, I hope I can get out of NJ before that craps hits the fan. Look at the MI forum. Too many people trapped there that want out but can't due to economics. That would blow if NJ got that way. I'd hate to be stuck here.

WOW, Maybe that's why I see so many Michigan Plates here in TN. We have a lot of transplants from there.
