Hi, I am supposed to get my permit for first quarter 2012. the new brunswick parking authority has taken my application and cashed the check. but still now I haven't received the permit. I called them many times. they said this year they sent out permit late but are not responsible for them getting lost,I advised them my situation and they said I should continue to get the daily parking. The thing is if they in fact DID send it out, the mail may be lost because I have received mails sent out two days ago. But now they are not going to help. Does it mean I just lost my money?I don't think that is fair. but what are my options? thanks in advance!

assuming it is lost in the mail, can't you ask them to issue a new permit?

They said no. the lady on the phone was impatient and said something very helpful: daily parking is just 6 dollar a day!

Who would have known that?

Looks like I need to call again and speak with someone who is more helpful.

Or you can bike to the station , I don't see why everyone needs to drive to the stations.
