New Home Purchase: Mold Removal and Hardwood Restoration
My wife and I just purchased a home in Cedar Grove.
The home had a bit of mold which we'd like to get remidated (not a health or major issue, we had it inspected). Does anyone have any mold remiation contractors they'd recommend in the North Jersey area?
We also want to get the hardwoods restored. Again, would anyone have anyone they would recommend for this?
Obviously, quality is important for both but would also be great if it didn't break the bank.
