Driving from Society Hill (JC) to JSQ? (Jersey City: renting, how much)

Hi,
I am thinking of renting at Society Hills in Jersey City asap. Will appreciate quick info please.

How is it to drive to JSQ and park there? If i want to reach JSQ at 8am or so, what time do you think I need to leave Society Hills?

Also, is the A&C bus service reliable in am and pm and also are there long lines at that time for the bus? How much time does it take in the bus to reach JSQ around 8am and 9:15am?

Any other info would be most helpful.
