My husband has a pending offer which would mean a huge move for us as a young family - I'm looking for advice on affordable areas as we'll need to outweigh the higher cost of living..

Where are you coming from? Green Bay/Fox Valley Wisconsin
Why are you moving? Job
Where will you be working ? Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill

Will you buy or rent? Hoping to buy
What is your budget ? up to 200k
What kind of place are you looking for ? 3-4 bedroom with some yard

Will anyone (spouse, children, pets) be moving with you ? 2 children ages 4 &6
Do you need/want good public schools? would like a good school however most rankings I've reviewed compared to our area are already better..

Briefly describe the kind of neighborhood you'd like to live in
We are a young family, very plain jane and midwestern we don't require night life or tons of activity we are homebodies but do have a dog we like to get out with.
List three things that are important to you in order of importance. Safety, Affordability are our main worries!

Go on trulia.com and search for a single family, 3 bedroom home in Mt. Laurel. There are a few homes that come up in your price range. Find something you like, then come back to find out if anyone knows about that particular location.
