Default New Jersey Homekeeper program for Unemployed Ain't Approving Many People

New Jersey made a grand announcement about this program that was supposed to help the struggling unemployed hold onto their homes. But it's not working like so many other of these programs.

Announced May 2011 after a test period. In the first go-round, they approved 2 people and denied 175. Neither of these 2 women had delinquent mortgages.

Will never understand why they play these games by pretending they want to help. If you are unemployed and counting on this program, DON'T !!!

Default that program is only giving money to "friends" of the elite OR new jersey will just keep it

how true...how true...how true.

my suster applied back in October. they never responded to her application at all. and she had to send them a boatload of personal information. she tried to follow up by calling senator menendiz and senator lautenberg, who both claimed to be responsible for pushing & getting the program for NJ. calling their offices to complain got her nowhere. no response from them either.

that program is only giving money to "friends" of the elite OR new jersey will just keep the $300 milion. what an insult to people's intelligence. 2 whole people were approved. what?????
