Society Hill ( jersey city ) (Bayonne: condo, live in, price)

Anyone knows about this condo ? The complex itself seems clean but how about the vicinity ? Also what would be a fair price for a 2 bed 2 bath condo (built in 91 - phase 1 ) ?

are you talking about condo or duplex? if it's condo, the listing price is probably around 320k. if it's duplex, it's around 360k-390k depends on location. we live in phase 2 and so far we like the environment and convenience of Jersey City.

Thanks for the info. Its a 2 level apt.
I was there in the night the other day, I found the place ( outside ) deserted and a few loiters in the area. Is this typical ? Have a kid and want to make sure the area is safe .

It's very safe inside and the community itself is big enough. My son is only 20 month old and the playground, a short walk in the community or stroll along the river walk is more than enough for him. If you have older kids, there are pools, tennis courts and basketball courts in the community as well. Sometimes we will go to Bayonne park which is 5 minutes drive from the community. The most frequent visit place outside the community is PATHMART supermarket.
