Default Searching for luxury appartment in Hoboken

Hey I am new here. I live in Europe and I paln to live in the states. I like New York very much but liviing there is very expensive. So I decides to live near NY. I liked Hoboken NJ very much at my last trip to NY. SO can someone give me an Idea how I can buy a luxury appartement in Hoboken at Hudson River?

Hoboken is also very expensive. What is your budget? There are many new buildings with absolutely gorgeous units, but they are pricey.

I Would say from 300.000 $ to 700.00 $. I prever a 4 - 5 room apartement. Do you know where I can get more information about buying apartments in Hoboken on the riverside?

Absolutely--and on the river, you're looking at 800k--easily. We (briefly) looked at 3 BRs in lux buildings and they were all well above 1 mil.

This site has a bunch of the new buildings...
