Sayreville itself is not a great town but its more commute friendly (NY) and there are some communities which was b/w 400's to 500's. This is a 5yr old community with 350 homes ranging from 500's to 700's.
So I have done my first design appointment and below is the upgrades I selected with the pricing. Am debating on what upgrades to go ahead with for now to cut the cost as much as I can. Am inclined to do the structural and messy upgrades for now and wait for the others to be done later.
I can provide the split up if needed.
Carpet flooring (Upstairs – hallway, Master B/R, 2, 3 and 4, around 900sqft) – 6200
