I'm in Old Bridge - not too far from Middletown. This quarter (for 3 months) our water/sewer bill was $221 so if its around the same each quarter about $900 a year for water and sewer. For trash we pay $80 for a quarter.

Just moved to Middletown. Didn't get any water/sewage bills yet, but our garbage is around $70 a quarter. Depends on what section of town you're in. For some reason half of the town gets garbage service, the other half has to pay for private. It depends on what "zone" you're in, which you can find out on the town website.
