check out college park in freehold TONS of lawsuits, my friends roof caved in Hampshire Hills, In jackson tons of Lawsuits....and the Ones iN manalapan I actually sold a few of them when I lived there were very overpriced to begin with..taxes there are 14k depending on what model you choose..

My husband is actually in the wholesale lumber biz and knows that Khov sucks. The finished product is poorly done and this just the beginning of the problem. His company does not sell and has never sold to KHov. We have looked at the model homes in various communities however and my husband is always shocked at the messy home that Khov puts on the market. For the record, he thinks that as far as production homes go DeLuca does a nice job. Right now of course everyone is feeling the pain of a crummy market ....

That's interesting to hear that the SFH's are of poor quality. Their urban developments always seem top notch.

we left manalapan because of the snobs...and well Millstone twp wasnt any better..thinking Jackson would have been fine NOPE....lol

Has anyone heard positive things about khov homes and condos?
A lot really does ride on the credentials of the building inspector, I think. The whole area of new construction, warranty packages and contracts need to be revamped in NJ. |
